In reference to Annual Review Meetings for existing clients

In order for your advisor to be better prepared for your meeting, please supply us with the following information five business days before your meeting:

  1. Your last two paycheck stubs
  2. Proof of identification such as a driver’s license or ID (we can make the copy at meeting time, if needed)
  3. Current checking, savings and CD statements reflecting balances
  4. Current statements on any investments done outside of this office (i.e. brokerage etc.)
  5. 401(k) or any other retirement plan:
    a)  Statement (most current, comprehensive statement)
    b)  List of investment choices
    c)  Booklet/brochure describing plan (if available)
  6. Most recent tax return
  7. Any other pertinent financial data
  8. Are any large cash reserves needed for the next year?

We welcome your personal spreadsheets and any e-statements, but please still provide us with official, comprehensive statement copies.

If you are unable to supply our office with your financial data within five (5) business days prior to your meeting, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

You will be billed at the end of the month following this review meeting for preparatory time, meeting time, and post meeting follow up work, as well as for any services rendered since your last review meeting. Minimum billing is two hours.
